The All Arts Council mission is to bring all the arts to Franklin County and to showcase and develop Franklin County artists.
The site features the popular, weekly news column, Artbits, plus featured artists Corliss Blakely, Janet Bonneau, Michael Domina, Natalie LaRocque-Bouchard, and Valerie Ugro, featured music from 8-0-8-4, Banjo Dan & the Midnight Plowboys, Will Patton, Ben Patton, Nobby Reed, to Southbound, wide ranging resources for artists and audiences, and the expected donation barrel.
HarperCo developed the site with its history, Arts Organizations, online gallery of more than featured artists in 1997 and has maintained and hosted it through its entire life.
